tujhe kuchh ishq o ulfat ke sivā bhī yaad hai ai dil
sunā.e jā rahā hai ek hī afsāna barsoñ se

sunae ja raha hai ek hi afsana barson se
charāġh-e-zindagī hogā farozāñ ham nahīñ hoñge
chaman meñ aa.egī fasl-e-bahārāñ ham nahīñ hoñge
Abdul Majeed Salikcharagh-e-zindagi hoga farozan hum nahin honge
chaman mein aaegi fasl-e-bahaaran hum nahin honge
