bādal aa.e haiñ ghir gulāl ke laal

kuchh kisī nahīñ kisī ko ḳhayāl

baadal aae hain ghir gulal ke lal

kuchh kisi ka nahin kisi ko KHayal

zulm Tahnī kabhī phaltī nahīñ

naav kāġhaz kahīñ chaltī nahīñ

zulm ki Tahni kabhi phalti nahin

naw kaghaz ki kahin chalti nahin

jhūTā kabhī na jhūTā hove

jhūTe ke aage sachchā rove

jhuTa kabhi na jhuTa howe

jhuTe ke aage sachcha rowe

vo na aa.e to chal 'rañgīñ'

is meñ kyā terī shaan jaatī hai
