A prime-minister (=vazīr); a councillor, a senator a model, exemplar, rule, regulation; basis, foundation settled or established order, custom, usage, practice, fashion, mode, manner; a customary fee or tax, or percentage;—a district, an aggregate of parganas:—dastūruʼl-.
