us ke ruḳhsār dekh jiitā huuñ

aarzī merī zindagānī hai

us ke ruKHsar dekh jita hun

aarzi meri zindagani hai

na sair-e-bāġh na milnā na mīThī bāteñ haiñ

ye din bahār ke ai jaan muft jaate haiñ

na sair-e-bagh na milna na miThi baaten hain
