itna karam ki azm rahe hausla rahe

haal kuchh ab ke juda hai tere diwanon ka

dard ki KHushbu se ye mahka raha

lamha lamha phailti jati hai raat

usi yaqin usi dast-o-pa ki hajat hai

ghuTi ghuTi hi sahi meri chah le lena

jaane kitni der chalegi sath mere chamkili dhup

mere bhi surKH-ru hone ka ek mauqa nikal aata

pTriyon ki chamakti hui dhaar par fasle apni gardan kaTate rahe
